A great book to learn about science-based advice on how to become happier. Sonja Lyubomirsky, Ph.D., is Professor of Psychology at the University of California, Riverside and herstudies show that 50% of individual differences in happiness are determined by genes, 10% by life circumstances, and 40% by our intentional activities.
